The AFMA requires the panel arrangement to be established as early as possible to allow the expansion of the EM program to be completed by 30 June 2026. The NPF, approximately 65 of the EM expansion vessels, will need to be installed by 20 March 2026, while the vessels are in port between fishing seasons.

The evaluation criteria to be applied for the purposes of evaluation under this RFT are as specified in section 1. 2 of part B2 of this RFT.
