Tenders will be evaluated based on a weighted point score system that allows price and non-price criteria to be taken into account, including use of recycled materials, tendered prices, risk, environmental and quality management systems, local economic benefit, social inclusion, experience, staff resources, subcontractors, timeframe, workload, capacity, warranties, and compliance with RFT requirements.
Tenderers must be licensed or registered to perform the services, and must provide details of their financial capacity, insurance, work health and safety compliance, environmental management systems, and quality systems.
A mandatory briefing session will be conducted on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at 10:00 AM at the corner of Lyrup Road and Sturt Highway, Monash stack site. Failure to attend this mandatory briefing session will result in any tenders lodged being deemed non-conforming and not considered.
