This is a Request for Tenders (RFT) for the MR76 Myers Bluff Slope Stabilisation project by Transport for NSW (TfNSW). The contract involves the supply, installation, and testing of embankment stabilisation works for slope **** using rock and soil nail treatments. A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 10:00 am. A mandatory site inspection will follow during the week of 11 May 2026, with the exact time and date to be confirmed after the pre-tender meeting. Attendance at both is required to submit a conforming tender. Tenderers must confirm attendance by close of business on Monday, 4 May 2026, via email to ***@***. *. * must also comply with TfNSW's Statement of Business Ethics, the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and the NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement. Tenders must be submitted through Buy NSW Tenders and tenderers must be registered on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub. Late tenders will not be considered unless specific conditions are met. Tenders will be assessed on a best value for money basis, considering price and non-price criteria. The tender validity period is 60 days. TfNSW is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
The tender closing date is 4 June 2026 at 3:00 pm. The estimated timeframe for delivery of the works is 26 weeks from commencement.
Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, considering criteria such as tender price, integrity of its structure, individual rates and prices, financial position, quality system documentation, experience, suitability of proposed personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors, management of safety, chain of responsibility, workplace relations, environmental protection, community relations, claims history, record of compliance with the NSW Code and Guidelines, and other criteria listed in Annexure CT3.
To be eligible to tender, you must have an accredited WHS management system if applicable, attend the pre-tender meeting and site inspection if held, be an acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial capacity, and submit evidence of training and qualifications including working at heights.
Substantiated reports of unsatisfactory performance during the contract may result in future opportunities for NSW Government work being curtailed.
A mandatory site inspection will be held on site at **** Waterfall Way, Thora NSW ****, during the week of 11 May 2026, with the time and date to be provided to tenderers following the pre-tender meeting on 6 May 2026. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
Tenders submitted by facsimile will not be considered. If a tenderer is not registered on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub prior to the closing time, their tender may be deemed a non-conforming tender. Including pricing details in non-price submissions can compromise probity and lead to disqualification. Failure to comply with modern slavery laws may result in sanctions, including reduction in tendering opportunities.
