Compliant invitees will be evaluated against weighted evaluation criteria including capacity, capability, local contribution, sustainability, environment, and financial tender price.

Invitees must complete compliance criteria including confirmation of insurance policies, occupational health and safety management systems, quality management systems, environmental management system, business continuity plan, and traffic guidance scheme.

Failure to attend a mandatory briefing session, site inspection or other specified occasion may lead to disqualification. Tenders lodged or received after the closing time are deemed late and will be disqualified unless exceptional circumstances can be documented. Seeking or obtaining improper assistance from council employees, agents or contractors may lead to disqualification. Engaging in collusion or anti-competitive conduct will result in disqualification.
