Evaluation of tenders will be carried out based on tendered sum, relevant experience and supporting evidence, capacity, works methodology, construction program, local industry schedule, social procurement schedule, environmental schedule, and extent of conformance with requirements of the tender. The highest rated tenders will then be assessed against occupational health and safety management system and environmental management system.
Tenderers are required to be registered and have uploaded required documentation relevant to the nominated risk level within Rapid Global Amalgamated Councils of Victoria prior to submitting their tender. This includes occupational health and safety management systems, record of current licenses, training certificates, insurances, company structure details, quality management systems, environmental management systems, and management systems certificates if applicable.
Tenderers must notify the principal in writing, at least 5 days before the closing time and date for lodgement of tenders, if they identify any errors, ambiguity or discrepancy.
