Procurement of a fire detection camera system for the Delburn Wind Farm (DWF). The system must provide early detection of bushfires, integrate with emergency response networks and SCADA systems, and include a cloud-based or hybrid software platform with unlimited user licenses. The contract is expected to be for 5 years, with the wind farm operational for 35 years. Installation will be on meteorological masts at heights of **** meters. Suppliers must provide a lifecycle maintenance plan and defined service level agreements (SLAs). Proposals should also address social procurement objectives and local content. The RFP documentation was released on 12 June 2026. Supplier RFP responses are due by 3 July 2026, 3:00 PM AEST. Anticipated award and execution is the first week of August 2026.
Proposals will be evaluated based on expertise, knowledge, and experience (20%), technical compliance and capability (20%), understanding and approach (30%), innovation and continuous improvement (10%), and framework alignment (20%). The overall value for money will combine the evaluation score and pricing assessment.
Suppliers must meet mandatory criteria including adherence to the supplier code of conduct, completion of the confirmation letter, responding to all required items, and holding a preassessment certificate issued by the Fair Jobs Code unit for threshold procurement contracts (contracts with a value of $1 million or more).

Suppliers may be disqualified if they engage in collusion, anti-competitive conduct, or fail to comply with the requirement to seek information only from the designated SEC representative.
