The evaluation will be based on the tenderer response schedules. Evaluation criteria are not weighted or listed in any order of importance.

Tenderers must provide a valid and satisfactory statement of tax record. They must also hold a valid and satisfactory statement of tax record for any first-tier subcontractors that their response proposes to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of 4 million or more GST inclusive.

The estimated value of the contract is AUD 6,000,**** to 6,000,****.

The evaluation criteria include technical evaluation criteria related to non-price factors such as methodology, project plan, track record, experience, project output achievement plan, project outcome delivery plan, demonstrated track record, and price.

The tenderer must be a single legal entity or recognised firm of partners. The tenderer and any proposed subcontractor must be compliant with the workplace gender equality act **** , the modern slavery act 2018 and any other applicable labour laws and standards in the jurisdiction in which they operate. Tenders will be evaluated by the tender evaluation team as detailed in the evaluation criteria attached to the part 2 statement of requirements.
