Condition Monitoring Tenders

All water and wastewater asset condition inspections, assessments, and reporting must be completed by September 2026. The tender closing time is 2:00 PM on June 5th, 2026.

Each tenderer warrants to the council that its tender is submitted on the basis that it has fully informed and satisfied itself of all conditions and facts relevant to its tender, has independently satisfied itself with regard to all relevant information provided by the council, accepts full responsibility for its interpretations, deductions and conclusions, and is aware of part v of the competition and consumer act **** cth in relation to the giving of false and misleading information.

A pre-tender meeting site inspection is mandatory. It will be held on May 14th and 15th, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM. Tenderers must RSVP by May 12th, 2026, to procurement@muswellbrook. nsw. gov. au.

Supplier query cutoff is Friday, May 29th, 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

Tenders may be disqualified if they engage in collusion or anti-competitive practices, submit false or misleading information, or fail to comply with mandatory requirements such as the pre-tender meeting attendance.
