All proposed personnel must hold a current Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licence or Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) licence as applicable. Confirmation that the detailed design deliverables will be signed off by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) is also required.
An initial site visit is scheduled within one month post-award for the concept design phase. At least one design workshop must be conducted in Woorabinda.
