The buses are required to support annual replacement and growth fleet requirements over the three-year delivery period from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. Delivery must comply with the build schedule and delivery schedule.

Payments are made according to clause 24, with TMR's payment obligations, invoicing, and GST provisions. The purchase price is specified in schedule 3, and payment is on account only.

Prototype buses are required for inspection. the first rigid bus and the first articulated bus to be delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule will each be treated as a prototype bus
