Roadtek Central Queensland requires the design, manufacture, and delivery of twelve custom-built DG stores. The stores must comply with specific Australian standards (AS ****, ASNZS ****, etc. ) and be suitable for various hazardous chemicals. The closing date for offers is August 25, 2026. Invoices must be itemised and submitted monthly to ***@***. *. * terms are 30 days unless the supplier is a small business registered with the on time payment small business register, in which case terms are 20 days.
The contract end date is ****, and the delivery must be made to Kawana depot: 214 Richardson Road, Rockhampton Qld ****.
If no settlement discount is offered, the customers standard payment terms of 30 days shall apply.
The warranties in this section are provided as at the date of the suppliers offer to the rfq process and on an ongoing basis until the later of the customer notifying the supplier that its offer has been rejected and expiry or termination of any contract entered pursuant to the rfq process relevant period.
The other evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate offers are: criteria 1: conformance to compliance requirements criteria 2: conformance to building specifications criteria 3: cost and value for money.
Evaluation criteria include mandatory compliance with insurance requirements, compliance with conditions of contract, and compliance with the queensland government supplier code of conduct.
The customer may request some or all suppliers to conduct site visits, provide references and additional information, and/or make themselves available for panel interviews.
The customer may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier from the rfq process, or terminate the contract with the supplier which is subsequently entered into as a result of the rfq process, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty in this clause.
