Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is seeking tenders for a preferred supplier arrangement for CCTV services, including a region-wide maintenance and support contract. Service and performance expectations include defined SLAs for incident response and restoration, proactive maintenance programs, accurate asset and as-built documentation, and transparent reporting.
