the council will look at a number of criteria including, but not limited to, commission payable, operational capabilities, equipment, company resources, proposed operations, appropriate menu options, demonstrated ability and experience in other venues and at other events.

public liability and products liability cover, with a value of at least 20 million for each of these covers and contractor will be required to name council as joint insured on the contractors policy.
