This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the replacement of clock bodies and mechanisms for the Australian Parliament House clock system. Respondents are asked to provide information about their ability to supply clock bodies and mechanisms, including indicative pricing, and details about their products/services. Responses are to be submitted electronically via Austender by 4 PM local time in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) on Friday, 12 September 2025. The RFI is not a procurement process and responses will not be competitively evaluated. The Commonwealth may seek additional information or clarification from respondents.

The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks submissions for a standing offer arrangement to provide small operating equipment for catering and event operations at the Australian Parliament House. Potential suppliers must comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct and provide a full product catalogue and discount rate. The standing offer arrangement is proposed to start in late September 2025 and end in late September 2026, with a possible extension of up to two years. Goods must be delivered to the Parliament House loading dock. DPS may require additional items throughout the contract term. The Western Australian Health Service and the Department of Health invite offers for the supply of customised procedure packs, drapes, and covers. The contract will include goods and associated training, education, and/or support. Respondents must nominate the categories of goods they wish to offer. A single contractor or panel of contractors may be appointed for individual line items within each category. The proposed contract will operate as a statewide standing offer arrangement with orders placed on an 'as required' basis. Responses close Wednesday, 1 October 2025, at 2:30 PM Perth, Western Australia. An online briefing session is scheduled for 13 August 2025, 10:00 AM AWST. The RFA seeks applications from clothing providers for the supply of school uniforms to South Hobart Primary School. The contract is a standing offer arrangement for three years, potentially extendable for a further two years. Suppliers must have a shop front and online ordering capabilities.
