This is a Request for Tender for the construction of a new change building and dining room at the Penshurst Training Campus. The contract will be a fixed price lump sum contract governed by the laws of Victoria. Tenderers are required to inspect the site and familiarize themselves with all tender documents. The latest date for practical completion of the works is 29 May 2027, with a nominated period of 150 working days from acceptance of the tender offer.
The principal shall evaluate tenders by taking into account the evaluation criteria: non-price criteria (experience and capability, resource and capacity, delivery methodology, program, OHS compliance, risk assessed, mandatory response compliance, risk assessed) and price (best value for money).
Tenderers are required to submit all documents required to be submitted with the tender, including but not limited to: tender form, price breakdown form, schedule of rates, supplier code of conduct confirmation, OHS system compliance, social and environmental benefits, statement of compliance, previous experience and capability, resources and capacity, construction program preliminary, and local jobs first certified LIDP plan.
Site inspection can be undertaken of the existing conditions. These are required to be organised by contacting CFA's site representative at VEMTC Penshurst, Darren Rentsch, on **** 438 529 to book an inspection time.
